Add "Suggest Later" option to personalized recommendations

When I get the recommendations, I sometimes don’t want to add it to my list right away depending on my reading mood. But if I don’t add it, it will never be suggested to me again! I’d like a “Suggest Later” option that will only skip suggesting that series to me for like a week or a month.
