Keyboard Shortcuts

Add Keyboard Shortcuts to the site:

e.g.:

1) When in series edit page pressing enter or ctrl + enter saves the entry.

2) Pressing esc closes the editor.

3) Pressing number when rating slider is open it slides the slider to the number pressed.

4) Ability to select custom tags using keyboard similar to chapters or status. (using arrow key to navigate & spacebar to select)

5) Allow triggering add button for a series from search using keyboard.
